Getting there ...
Organising flights to far away destinations in Polynesia and Melanesia can be less than straightforward . However we can help provide solutions and flight / accommodation suggestions that fit to the dates of each voyage.
Over several years we have found that the most reliable format for central South Pacific connections from long haul flights is via Auckland.
Whether you make your own arrangements or take up our flight/hotel bookings this is the route that we recommend.
If you are flying from or via the States then for the Tahiti or Cook Islands voyages it would be more logical to fly straight there - they are on the Air NZ route from LA.
Flying to join the ship at her port of departure will usually involve a night or two at a hotel before or after the voyage.
We aim to provide information that is designed to provide a cost effective solution to make it easier to plan your next Soren voyage.
Travel Insurance: We do require each voayge crew to have travel/health/cancelation insurance and if you are travelling via NZ you can book this via our office (even if you have made your own flight arrangements). Note we will need to know details of this before you join.
Detailed Voyage Notes are available for each section of Pacific Voyage.
